Cancellation Policy

All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. While we understand that orders might need to be changed, after a certain point in the process we may be unable to honor a change or cancellation request.

If you attempt to change or cancel an order AFTER it has been shipped, the cancellation will have to be treated as a Return.  Please see our Return Policy for more details.  

Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed fees for shipping and a restocking fee of 10%.
