Refund Policy


Our return policy is simple.  You can request a full refund for any product within the first 30-days of purchase. Refunds are granted as a store credit or refund using the original payment method (unless restricted by the provider).  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging.  All refunds will equal the amount paid at time of purchase. 

Gift cards and shipping costs are exempt from our return policy and as such are non-refundable.  We cannot honor any return requested after 30-days from the original purchase date. 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and return of the item in its original packaging.  Any returns sent back to the manufacturer cannot be honored. All returns must be sent to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of next steps to complete your return.   

If your return meets the requirements of the return policy, your refund will be processed either as a store credit or back to the original payment method.   

Late or Missing Payments
If you haven’t received your refund, please follow-up with your banking institution or credit card company to determine the status of the refund.

We replace items if they are defective or damaged; and we are happy to exchange items within the first 30 days if you are dissatisfied. To request an exchange please contact us at or call us at 860-217-1433.

You are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning your item. Cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when mailing your return or exchange. We cannot be  responsible for returns or exchanges that are not received at our store.
